Hi All,
I have used Execute Process Report Smart Service in my process model. It is not working for some instances as shown in the screenshot. Can anyone help me in this?

Hi hemasreek,

Make sure you configure setup for report correctly.
As venkanna said it gives an alert if something went wrong, make sure you are in the alerts group then only you get alerts.
