Hi, Is "All Users" group , a standard group or a customised group

Hi,
Is "All Users" group , a standard group or a customised group? Does all the users in the environment are implicitly added in the "All Users" group?
If so, I want my process to be initiated by every user present. In other words, all the users have to be given "initiator" right to my process.
Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to do so , without using "All Users" group, if it is a predefined standard group in Appian.?

You will have to add a group with all users you want to grant initiator rights to the security role map of the model.
The "All Users" group doesn't come out of the box, but you can easily create one custom group with that name that will contain all users. The way you add all users is by, after creating the group, adding a membership group such as:
add users whose Username equals [empty]
then use that group in the security of your model.

I would recommend creating an application specific all users group so that you can grant security within applications. "AppName All Users". Also recommend creating "AppName Designers" for the process administrator rights for all processes in that application.

Siddharth, we also discuss how to add all users to a group on our User Management page in the documentation. It's at the end of this section:
