Hi All,
I have studied regarding the concept of Pool and Lanes in the theoretical part of Appian. In the Process modeler, I was able to see options to create Lanes. I would like to know whether we can create Pools in the process modeler. If so how, or do we have some other way to implement the concept of Pools ?

In BPMN, a pool typically sets the boundaries of a business process, with at most one process to a pool. So in Appian you can think of the process model itself representing the pool.
