Is there a way to move a process model from one folder to another aside from using Save As to duplicate the process model, manually changing all references to that process model, and then deleting the old one?

Currently, this is not possible outside of the modeler. There are hopes to have this functionality added in the future, but no guarantee yet.

The only way to move a model is through the modeler. File -> Open. Select your model and you can move it from there.
