I am using 7.11 on the cloud and I am trying to send an email using the Send Email smart service.
I am using a template HTML document which has placeholders where I want text substituted with data that is in my process.
What I am noticing, is that if I select a document, enter in my placeholder text after a scan, hit OK to close to smart service, and then immediately reopen the smart service and rescan the document, this time, I get an error stating "The document does not exist or its type is not supported.". This is strange considering it was working fine the first time.

I tried with a blank HTML document to see if there was something strange with the document I was uploading and I could repeat the error.
