Hi , We setup new environment and able to open all tabs in designer u

7.11 and Hotfix C

1. Open a command line as the administrator
2. Run <APPIAN_HOME>\\_admin\\_scripts\\load.bat

I tried doing this, i got below error :

./load.bat: line 1: @echo: command not found
: command not found setlocal
: No such file or directory....earsuite.earweb.war
Error: Could not find or load main class com.appiancorp.common.initialize.InitializeServer
./load.bat: line 5: popd: directory stack empty

We had linux box. i executed the load.sh but i still have a problem

What was the output of load.sh?

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.appiancorp.ap2.ConfigureLog4j).

Initializing default cache.
Waiting for servers to be up...
... done.

And i did on App servers , if i'm trying to do on Webservers is not working. I don't see any of the line.

Can you do it in the engine servers where the engines are running?

Once you finish doing so, stop JBoss and delete <JBOSS_HOME>\\standalone\          mp, then start it again.
