Process
Follow-on question regarding my earlier issue of trying to create a survey-type

Follow-on question regarding my earlier issue of trying to create a survey-type process. (
forum.appian.com/.../e-194377)
I followed the suggestions provided earlier and created a process model that launches multiple tasks (1/each member of a group). I shielded the PV from parallel executions but can't get each response to save. The flow doesn't seem to pass to the 'Write to data entity' node until all users submit their votes and then just the last data submitted gets saved. (Please refer to the link for more info and the attached picture.

How did you set up the "Other"-tab". The "Move on" section is important.

Just changed it to what you have here and it moves on - but I'm still only getting the last dataset to save.

Hi Judy, Could you please tell us like how your output variable is configured to capture the data entered by the user? I think since you are having an MNI on the UI task you need to use the instance index to store the data in that respective position.

I just have the value being saved to the pv. Should I select 'is stored at index' to the pv?

In this scenario (single-valued PVs) you will not want to save back from the Write to DS to your CDT, can you confirm you are not? No return will create a blank unique identifier each time the DS write fires, resulting in new rows inserted instead of updates. Just one thing to check.

@judym Please do take a look at the attached documents and further I have included few suggestions in the attached Word document as per the idea I have got with respect to requirements. I would like to suggest to go through it to gain an idea over design and later on you could improvise or modify it on need basis.
Please feel free to let us know in case if you have any follow up questions or concerns.
