Hi All,
I am running a sub process which has activity chaining between two UI tasks, and the sub process has a loop. So when i have instances where the Activity chaining exceeds the limit the process flow is breaking. Am aware of the Activity chaining limits as well. What I would like to know is if I choose delete completed instances option in others tab for each nodes in the loop , does the activity chaining for that instance counts the nodes that were deleted. if yes what are the other ways to achieve my requirement??

Additionally, you should be aware that these limitations are set to prefer the performance of the system and also the experience of the end user. With this in mind, long activity chains are strongly discouraged because they have both an adverse effect on the performance of the system and the experience of the user. This is detailed in the documentation:

You should address this by redesigning your process, or considering whether the activity chain is really necessary. One alternative approach could be MNI as previously suggested.
