We want to embed a link to an action into HTML5 page.
For any action we see that the link is static but the id used in the static link is some marshaled value.
For example: The below is URL for action "hostname:8080/.../koBkcNb82p-lDcEUlxl23lH-r6aC0cgU-AAP7XvtzM6H7T-TVFpTF6J2K7BMQI8gK-m8ClO_dH03Ns78GpDMFQOwCKsNVenPVBZcw"

This has action identifier as
“koBkcNb82p-lDcEUlxl23lH-r6aC0cgU-AAP7XvtzM6H7T-TVFpTF6J2K7BMQI8gK-m8ClO_dH03Ns78GpDMFQOwCKsNVenPVBZcw”.

The id above is not a UUID of action, is there any known way to generate this URI.
We tried creating a plugin with 'ApplicationAction' class but it does not have URL value.

Can anybody please help or share solution for this?

We still want to launch the action in Appian, we just need to add the link on external page. We were planning to expose the link using a web API.
