Hi All, My Appian Designer is acting up. When I am trying to drag and drop

Hi All,
My Appian Designer is acting up. When I am trying to drag and drop any nodes (eg. Scrip task/ User Input Task) onto the designer from the designer palette, the node just disappears. This is is a new found problem, I am experiencing suddenly. I have restarted my system, logged out and logged back in and I also tried deleting the browser history. None of them worked.
When I try the same thing in the same environment, from a different PC, it is working. So puzzled on what the issue is?

Make sure your IE is not zoomed in - i've seen a few times in the past it'll zoom to something funny yet hard to notice, like 95% (as mine did when I had this problem). From the process modeller window you can reset to a default zoom level i believe by pressing Ctrl + 0 (zero).

@tanmayareddyn As mentioned above in the post pointed to by @sikhivahan or comments made by @machmitt, u can reset zoom by ctrl + 0. Or you may also do the same with ctrl + mouseweel up/down which will change the zoom percentage and that allows you to drag the smart services onto the canvas

Hi, You can try this :
1. Tools - Internet Options
2. Advanced
3. "Restore Default Settings"
4. Try again
5. If the issue persists try: Tools -> Internet Options
6. Advanced
7. "Reset"
