Is there any process model configuration/setting or user/group permission that would prevent a "Send Message" or "Receive Message" process model node from sending messages or receiving messages? This is excluding configuring these in the "Setup" or "Data" tabs under the node configuration.

For this use case, I am using process to process messaging using the DestinationProcessID.
