Do you see any exceptions in your application-server.log file relating to unable to retrieve process model xml? Right Angle connectors, exception flows, and swim lanes are stored in the xml of models. If you are seeing problems loading the models in the interface, then there should be corresponding errors which you can provide to us to assist further. Can you also replicate this with a very basic model?
