Is there a way to create the process model at the run time given the name and the metadata ?Atleast wanted to have the process model skeleton created based the data I have.

@bhanuprakashm - Here the requirement to create a process model while executing another process model which is totally same as Quick Apps in 16.2 but there is no OOTB to achieve it.
