As far as I understood, If you want 2 CDTs in a single one you can user One to Many Relationship, But if you are saying that its for Joins, I would like to ask to elaborate the scenario for the other practitioners as well

@amitas Hi, it might be worth taking a look at 'joinCdt' function in the 'CDT Manipulation' Shared Component at
http://bit.ly/28MEhax
. The plugin says that the 'joinCdt' is analogous to an SQL join statement.

You have to build logic in Appian for that like you have to look out for a relationship between the two CDTs according to which you can join them. I hope i am making sense here.

@sparshs Actually its like combining data from two CDT's having one common field and then storing it in a new CDT using process model. But I don't know how to achieve this.

You can try out to build a expression rule to join data from two cdts on the basis of your common field and create a datasubset out of it. Then in process model you can directly but the data from datasubset in to your third cdt, if the field of CDT and datasubset are same. Please let me know if you want anything else on this. But i think approach suggested by @sikhivahans will reduce your trouble of writing all that logic .
