I'm trying to remove the "Reject Task" option from the left side menu. I figured out how to do that by editing the Assignment in the User Input Task. It looks like everything is working except for one instance - Once I accept a task, the "Reject Task" option appears again, but if I refresh the same page then it disappears again. Is there a way to make sure this stays hidden without needing to refresh the page?

I don't think it is possible as it is Appian default behaviour when you accept a task assigned to a group.

Are you observing this on an account with admin privileges? Check to see if the issue persists with an account that has less permissions.

@lisak
Is Lisa Krik a System Administrator ??
I have encountered like for system administrators the link at left pane will appear. Try login using basic user . Hope that link should disappear.

Hi Lisa I think that problem would e solved if you login with a basic user or a user with lesser privileges

Thanks everyone!! It was the admin privileges that had it popping up for me still.
