Using Multi node Instances I am trying to create a Survey following the steps as mentioned in the videos([201]Additional Features:MNI- academy.appian.com). The process model created got saved without any errors. But after debugging, it gives the following error as seen in the screenshot.
Also under 'User Input Task', while configuring MNI under 'other', the values don't get saved after debugging.

The "Problem" section states that you're requesting 0 instances to start. Set the configuration for how many instances run to something greater than 0.

Hi milid,
It seems your CDT what ever you configured for MNI is null, so Process unable to create instances for UI task (the same for other Smart services)

Addition to the above, we have 1000 instances limit for nodes by default, consider this in your MNI implementation.

The instance limit can be avoided by setting up the node to delete already completed node instances. See Node Properties -> Other -> Execution Options

While Configuring MNI under <User Input Task> => <Other> . The values being entered are vanishing while running the process model and hence the error occurs.

Please provide a screenshot of the <Other> configuration at design time and a screenshot of the process variables at runtime.

Please post your configuration settings on the user input task and PV data while running the process. So that we can help you better on this. By observing your attached image, some data was deleted in the process and the same variable is using in the user input task for MNI settings. So please find it out which data was deleted and why. May be this data was deleted by your logic. Please check the process history as well.

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer. If not, you are using the Process Modeler Preview and that may result in values not saving.
