Process
Error while export PM, user cannot be found

Hi,
I tried to export a process model, getting the following error as below,
Problems (1):
processModel 13151 0055dd81-360f-8000-ede6-0aa03c3314c0 "CZP_Reassign": The processModel [id=13151 uuid=0055dd81-360f-8000-ede6-0aa03c3314c0] was not exported because it contains an invalid precedent: user [xxx] (Node > "Reassign Roles" > Task Form > Element) cannot be found. (APNX-1-4070-001) (APNX-1-4071-003)
The user "xxx" has been deactivated recently.
I really appreciate if someone could help me on this.
Thanks,
Sathish.

As a best practice, users should not be hardcoded into process models. Groups are preferred.

Indicates, the Process Model whose UI task is assigned to a User directly (as Coltonb suggested, please change the assignment to group and add in the package). The user is not available in the target system. use pp!initiator if you want to assign the task to the one who initiates the process.

Hi Sathish, it is always a good practice it use the group instead of assigning a task to a particular user.
