Process Model ID

I want to find the process model id(not uuid) which is specific to a environment , at runtime by specifying the Process Model name. Any out of the box ways to achieve this. Thanks in advance.

This will be as simple as doing the below:
=tointeger(cons!Utils_ProcessModel)
