I want to find the process model id(not uuid) which is specific to a environment , at runtime by specifying the Process Model name. Any out of the box ways to achieve this. Thanks in advance.

If you only have the process model name and not the actual object, you can run a process model report with 2 columns (pm!name, pm!id) and use a!queryProcessAnalytics() to filter for the appropriate process name.
