Issue with Query Database smart node

I get the following error in Appian when trying to do a select statement in the query database node a model (see attachement for the error message). My SQL Statement is:

SELECT PR_Reqr_id,PR_Reqr,PR_Reqr_phone,PR_Reqr_email
FROM Tbl_RequesterInfo
WHERE PR_Reqr_email = ac!requestorEmailAddress

I have another database node in the model with an insert SQL statement and no error is generated with this. Can someone help with this? Thanks…

Hi, yes I'm using the correct case. using pre-defined data source. AC used to populate with PV data needed for the Where clause. See attachment for details on setup tab.
