Email link from Send Email smart service force open in Chrome

Is there any way to have a link in an email sent from a Send E-mail smart service force open in Google Chrome?

The link does not have to be dynamic, happy for it to go to the Tasks tab in Tempo.

I do not think it is possible. There is no special parameter/query parameter or format that you can use to force open a link in a particular browser.
There are simply too many possibilities - some users may not have Chrome installed, some may have it installed but in some other location on their disk.

If the user has set his default browser preference to Chrome, only then it will automatically open in Chrome.
