How can we create a scheduler (batch job) in Appian, which will run on schedule time (particular time & day) and pick the feed file from shared location then read and precede it to next node based on business logic?...

Scheduling a process to start on a specific schedule can be done with the start event timer.

To get a file from a share location and then process the data in the file there are multiple options depending on what kind of file/data you need to process and what methods are available to get the file. If you have more details on the file type and potential options to get the file someone can probably point you in the right direction.
