radhad

Hi everyone...
We have upgraded environment 7.10 to 16.2. Then we are getting 'Unable to find ri!input' in XXXX interface.
Could anyone please suggest what is the error?

Please check any required plugins/hotfixes.
Check for any embedded interfaces that are conflicting

I agree with bhanuprakashm. This is simply stating that input parameter to that interface is missing. Open interface and add a parameter "input" to it of specific type which suffice your requirements.

Hi @radhad, as @Bhanu said , you might have overlooked the interface input name ,
please check whether you have specified the input or not
In case you have specified the input and still getting that error , please ensure that you are using the same input parameter in the interface
Thanks
