Health Check Error

I have the Health Check application set to run automatically in our DEV environment but got an error the last time it ran so I tried running it manually and got an error again. "Changed to User account cannot be used to request Health Check analysis. User must be associated with a single customer". The Third Party Credentials are set up using my Forum account for our DEV environment but another user's credentials are used for health checks in our TEST and PROD environment. Do they all need to be linked to the same account? I've successfully run both a manual health check and scheduled health checks in DEV; have also run a manual health check in TEST with the other user's forum account.
