Document Attachment

Hello,

I'm retrieving a document from my database that are not in Appian for each process instance.

Is there any way to attach that document when using the Send Email Smart Service?

You can specify an attachment document with an expression, so if you have the document in a process variable, then you should just be able to use that.

You will possibly have to cast the document as an integer and pass the ID to the smart service.

As per my knowledge it is not possible to display or pass the doc to the email if the document id is not exist in appian repository even it is exist in db..

Suppose doc id exist in the db.. If you want to pass through email you got a problem..
