How can we define transaction isolation within the process models

We are seeing lock acquisition exceptions in production and want to know how to define transactions with-in process modelling . Is there a hibernate configuration that developers can be given to access ?

in the following location you can change your transaction isolation settings. <JBOSS_HOME>/standalone/deployments/appian-mysql-ds.xml
