Receive Message Event

Hi,
For the Receive Message Event, there is an option to receive external external email to trigger to start the process.
I understand that we should enable Anonymous User access for this to work. However, may I know the sender should send the email to which email address?
Is it the same as per email address setup in "conf.mailhandler.ntf_sndr_addr"?
