I would like to determine the tasks run-time context, how many ways are there to implement it?

Not sure the need to get task run-time context for task, can you elaborate more on the requirement.
FYI, In order to get all task related metrics, try using Task Metrics functions as available.

I meant based on user behavior or actions, application should decide the upcoming action
