16.3 and the Customer Logo

Certain users on our system have expressed confusion over the fact that the Customer Logo (referring to the wide logo that can be updated under Branding in the Admin console) no longer appears in the typical spot in open Tasks. The left bar has been removed in tasks since the controls are now moved to a top panel, but they seem to want specifically for the Logo to still display if possible. It seems to me like it could be made to still show in the top row, perhaps to the left of the "Save/Reassign" controls.

Confusingly, there seems to be a slight bit of inconsistency for when a task will show the left bar or not. For example, a task accessed via an action on the 'Actions' tab will show the left bar (even though it's empty except for the Logo), but if a user leaves and re-enters the task from their task list, the same task instance will not have the left bar anymore.
