Process
Running a Timer at a specific GMT Time

We have a process model that is required to run every day at a specific time. The pp!timezone value is "America/Los_Angeles". But, we would like to set this process to start at a specific GMT time instead; so as to be independent of where the server exists.
Do you have an idea how to set the time zone field in the timer set up to run in a specific GMT time?

My first suggestion would be to set the initial delay to run it for the first time at the designated time set by an expression, then for the recurrence, simply set it to run every 24 hours. Any reason this wouldn't work?

Thanks, is there a way to specify a specific time in GMT rather than PM!Time to start running it every day? Like early in the morning when there is no load on the server?

You can specify whatever time you like if you switch the "Scheduled Delay" selector to the "time specified by this expression" option. You should be able to test in the expression rule editor and figure out how to return the specified time you need there.

Setting scheduled delay for "1 min" prevents the process from running upon publishing; and Setting Timer Recurrance to the desired time + pm!timezone does the job. Thanks much for your help. Still not sure if configuring GMT is possible?
