Security Configuration for Process Models that get started by a Timer Event

A process model that starts by a timer event (at a specified time) is working fine when the process model admin is logged in the system and when the process model is saved in process admin Sandbox folder.

But, when the same configuration is applied on a process model that is saved in a different folder and included in an App (which have different user admins); the process does not kick in at the specified time.

Is there any process model security configuration required for process models that run at a specific timer event?
