Hi All,
I want to create a report where I can check the data management property of each process model in our application. Is there any way, I can achieve that?
Thanks in Advance

Hi Rishu, as far as I know there is no such functionality that is directly available not even under the Process Model Properties in Process Reporting. There you can access only Process Model Id, Name, Description, Version, Creator and Timezone.

I did not find any such supporting Classes/Interfaces under Appian Public Java API as well.

You can export all the process models and then interrogate the xml if you want to find the values.

Rishu - Run a health check on the environment. It will generate "hc-process-model-nodes.csv". Check the two columns related to cleanup and those should correspond to what you configure in Data Management tab.

@rishub I believe there should be definitely a way to access the Data Management settings in API.
fn!getPMCleanupSettings() in the 'Process Model Utilities' plugin at
http://bit.ly/24t6hm5
should give you the desired information afaik.
