Error While Writing to DB

I got the following error: No values have been written. Details: not-null property references a null or transient value: MMSMeetingAttendeesSSBDT1625.meeting (APNX-1-4208-004)

I don't understand why it is happening. If you see the attachment, there are three cdts. Except Id (autogenerated) every other field is properly set. It is not transient as I got everything from db at runtime. Any suggestion is appreciated.

It might be, and I stress might, the meeting field in the attendees CDT. Is that requiring a value and it is not getting it from the meeting=[id=5....] previously noted?
