Process Model properties window is empty

I have a co-worker who is unable to see any contents in the Process Model properties window, (please see illustration). This works fine in our development installation, the problem is in our production installation. She has the same security and group settings that I do, and it works fine for me. We have tried refreshing the screen and clearing the browser cache.
Thank you in advance for any advice.

The issue is resolved. She changed her email address in the user profile and now the dialog box works correctly. Not sure how that would fix it (or if perhaps saving the profile at all jolted something back into position), but good to go now. Hope this helps someone else.

We've seen similar issues with user access where just re-saving the user profile or removing and re-adding group associations fixes things. It has not been frequent enough or reproducible so that we can submit a ticket to support, but does happen on occasion.

Try to open a new process model window with this user and select the designer view, select this option as default, logoff and log in again with that user

Eduardo Fuentes - we've ran into this problem in 7.8 -- changing group assignments/email/deactivation hasn't resolved...is there a new location for you link you provided above?
