Multiple Instances are getting created while submitting the action

When i submit the action , 2 instances are getting created.This is happening rarely after 4 to 5 instances created.

What might be the issue ?

@siva, Can you please elaborate the scenario? are there 2 instances of the same process getting created or other processes being triggered from sub-process?

@ammireddys, Same main process , which we have configured in actions.

Hi Sivac, This seems interesting, Please check couple of times again, it might be a reason like clicking the Action two times while the "Working..." is displaying.

I think you should revisit the process model design again. You must be doing something wrong in your process model.

May be its due to browser latency. The action must have been clicked multiple times than once.
