Unable to view the properties of process

I was unable to view the properties of the process under the following conditions:

1. The process consists of a PV of type 'Entity Data' and is of type Multiple AND
2. The PV is populated and holds some data.

When I click properties while monitoring the process, nothing pops up(the expected behavior is to show a window that consists of PV values at run time, Attachments and Notes etc).

On a side note, I was able to view the properties of the process as expected when the PV of type Entity Data (the type mentioned at forum.appian.com/.../Appian_Data_Types.html is not populated, that is, when it is null.

16.2 plus latest hot fix is the version I believe we are on. Anyways, the process properties can be also seen if we drill down through the Process Details dashboard but none would be interested to go into Process Details just for monit...
