I think she/he meant that, you have to send them an email to the support team with required details. Check whether there are any actions that must be taken for the need.

Find out the email address for appian cloud support. Write to that emaiid with the details given in the first link (second paragraph) like test start time and IP address. I am sure they will be happy to do the needf.
