Disable/Invisible a Hyper link

By hyperlink you mean its an Action under Actions tab?...You can do it by modifying the security of the process model which is called by that action

Set the security to the process model and give administrators group so that only administrators can see the hyper link under actions tab.

Are you referring an Action itself as a hyperlink? Remember an action kicks off a brand new process model from the start. The visibility can be controlled by setting the security on the process model to the admin group.

If you set process model security to be visible only for administrators then your action should not appear for other members.Still, if you are facing any issue could you please attach process model security screenshot.
