Hi,
I have a process instance running for one of process model. Process Model has some constants & CDT's.
Do we have any option where we can change the values of CDT in a running process instance.

Hi,
Check out the Process Management Services shared component which should achieve what you're requiring...

@pavanik - The information which you have provided is good and is only applicable when you want to update the version of the CDT.
But here I think jrmprasadraop wants to update the values in the CDT and I dont think the information provided by you is relevant.

@sidhantb, thank you.
Can IFM Manager is compatible with Appian 16.1 version?. In the given link, it mentioned Appian supported versions are below 7.8

@jrmprasadraop - Yes that will be compatible. That means the last version of Appian it was tested on was 7.8, but as it is Cloud Approved, it has been reviewed to meet the Appian Cloud standards also. Please check the below link for more information.

Yeah you can do that. You can write a plugin for same or you can use IFM as well.

In case of single process instance,just open process instance in edit mode add one more new script task and update CDT values in output tab as per your requirements.

We will do exactly as ramchandrar mentions, in one off cases - add a script task with an incoming flow that will never be automatically triggered (say from the Start Node, which will not re-fire), output to a non-terminating end event. Save the model, view in monitor mode, start your new script task. Alternatively, we use the Get and Set External Process Variables plugin with great success, very often used in Related Actions to update the CDT in an associated process. We are on 16.1.
