Successful actions return to Actions menu

Is there anyway to have a successful action navigate to the newly created record it generated?

Not directly. You could add a "Record created" UI task screen at the end of your action flow, and display the record link in a new SAIL form. If the users click that link it would take the user there. You could also put an exception timer on the Record Created UI Task to auto complete the task after a few minutes to make sure the tasks aren't hanging open when the user redirects.
