Filtering data to display in a grid

Is there a way to filter specific variable data and display it in a grid? I'm using v16.2 in my environment. I need to show in a form Account Information and the associated server details for that account. I want to be able display data for multiple accounts. See the attachment for details.

This is a SAIL form correct? If so, I believe this recipe demonstrates what you're describing forum.appian.com/.../SAIL_Recipes.html

I looked at the example for Filter the Data in a Grid. Can something similar be done in an Editable Grid? Thanks... PS - Yes this is a SAIL form.
