Problem with Configuring customized Sender email address

Hi All,

Can anyone provide me some information with how to check or modify the custom.properties file of an application which is in Appian cloud?

We have a customized mail address configured in the "From" field in email setup configuration tab. We have a situation where emails are being sent from a different mail address which should be the mail address that configured previously. I believe, some changes in the configuring the sending email in the custom.properties file should be made to reflect with required mail address.
