My Profile page - Number of Comments section

Regarding the My Profile and A-Score page, even though I have created quite a few posts and comments, the Number of Comments section stays the same (3 Comments and 0 Posts).
It does not look like the Number of Comments section is updated regularly.

I believe the A-Score factors are updated weekly; they are not real-time.

Thanks coltonb. Yes they are not realtime, but it has been showing the same count for 3 weeks. I am wondering if there is difference in counting News post, Technical Question and other types of posts.

That's a good question. I'd like to know the answer as well.

I'd be interested in the explanation as well. In addition, I'd like to know what classifies as a "Recent Forum Contribution" - days/weeks since the post?

Thanks for the link, Phil - I've already read the FAQ and watched the release webinar, but I'm just questioning some of the specifics that have been (purposefully) left out, similar to Sam's question

Yeah as you say, they are purposefully left out. We've asked similar questions before but Appian won't reveal the method by which A-Scores are calculated; that FAQ is as much information as is available.

I do know that they also age out. So older comments start to fall-off your count (and hence credit to your A-Score).

@samw893 i suggest, you can ask about your A-Score to Appian, they can suggest you better on this concern

This is likely going to change again, given the pending move away from Appian Forum to Appian Community...
