Regarding the My Profile and A-Score page, even though I have created quite a few posts and comments, the Number of Comments section stays the same (3 Comments and 0 Posts).
It does not look like the Number of Comments section is updated regularly.

@ashwink as we do not know the internal fact bahind evaluation and calculation of A-Score, and in fact if any individual knows about it then also they are not allowed to leak these matters on forum, hence it was a better choice to go for ask about A-SCORE, and this is why the reason behind Appian has provided a related action under user profile as Ask about A-Score, instead of keeping the wrong assumption in our mind unnecessarily

Alok - agreed, that's why I suggested that specifics have been purposefully left out of Appian documentation. I'm simply noting that Forum is not going to the primary method of Appian community collaboration in the near future, so this mechanism for calculating A-Scores will likely change as well. It looks like Sam got the information he was requesting, so I think we're all set!

Ashwin I agree, I think recently Appian have changed their approach for calculating A-Score, but not sure, what did they change. Let's hope for a better calculation mechanism in future
