Add column in active task report for logged in user

Question

I have a portal report. My requirement is to add a new column - category name to the report. I have a rule which gets catergry name. When I pass the rule as value for this column in portal report, values are blank. 
 Can I call rule in the value definition of portal report?

Query rules and evaluation functions won't work in portal report. Try to use process variables which holds category value.
