Could I create a dynamic link to a folder on Apps if I know the folder name?

Well I have an excel report with some details about some archive instance, one of it is ID which is the same as folder name. So now the customer wants additional details like link to folder where the documents are for each instance. I need to create a excel document with additional column where the link to folder will be added based on folder name.
