When showing a report in tempo on the reports tab or in a site as a page, the title of the report is shown at the top of the UI. But when showing a report with an a!reportLink, no title is shown and manual title has to be added through the a!formLayout, a!dashboardLayout, or a!sectionLayout. Trying to configure an ri!showTitle to hide the title is not possible since you cannot pass in ri! into a report through tempo, site, or a!reportLink. Only option we have is to create a wrapper SAIL form and a whole second report for showing the report from a!reportLink where the title is shown and this seems unnecessary.
