Appian System Administrators are unable to see the Process Instances list in the process model view. This is happening for all process models in staging and prod environment.
Steps: Open any process model.Click "Process Instances" Icon.Apply "All Process Instances" filter to Status dropdown.No instances are listed.
For the same process models, able to view the instances in Designer monitoring tab. Could someone advise on this issue.
When you try to see process model instances from above steps is it blank? Sometimes there is a slowdown in the server. Did you check the logs if you see anything out there?
You may need to troubleshoot it from browser developer tools until the server logs. Did you try restarting the server?
We couldn't find anything related to this in the server logs. We also tried to re-start all the engines, still the issue persists. Its affecting all the process backed reports as well.
