How to differentiate Processes with Status as "Active" and "Active with Errors"

Hi, 
 
 There is a requirement to execute a process model only if there are no active instances of the process. Created a Process Report on a Process Model and filtered on Status as Active. But the Report retrieves the Process Id's listing the instances with Status "Active" and "Active with Errors" How to differentiate Processes with Status as "Active" and "Active with Errors"? 
 Kindly provide your valuable inputs!!

Both statuses indicate an active instance, which might just be enough for your use case. What exactly are you wanting when you say "differentiate"?

I found a workaround, added a filter which checks on the start date (if its today), and if it finds an active instance running today then it will not initiate a Poller, otherwise it can.
