Column charts with stacking "NORMAL" to display the data

Hi,

We're using column charts with stacking "NORMAL" to display the data.

For example we're fetching the data for two years let say 2014 and 2013.

Currently if no data is there in result-set for any year it doesn't show a data point corresponding to that year on x axis. If 2013 is not in result-set chart will show bar only for 2014. We want to show 2013 also on X axis with its Y axis set to 0.

Can anyone suggest any approach to do this.
